Alec has 15+ years of experience starting, mentoring, and consulting for businesses from all industries, with a focus on the consumer tech, hospitality, entertainment, and service industries, He believes strong strategic decision making, a customer-oriented mindset, and financial integrity yet savviness can make-or-break a business.
Alec brings his data-driven, creative, and unique experience to new and early-stage businesses. From making strategic decisions and launching products to producing due diligence documents and monthly financial reports, Alec can advise you and support you with both your financial back office and your strategic top-level decisions.
Sarah Chapdelaine, VP of Client Services & Experience
With 5+ years of experience in the Staffing Industry (both Recruiting and Account Management) and many years of customer-facing roles, Sarah helps Zephyr clients feel at ease when managing their back office processes.
From running payroll to onboarding your first employee and benefits, bill pay to getting last-minute deliverables, Sarah can advise you each step of the way to ensure you, your team, and the business are successful and compliant.
When Sarah is not helping clients manage their processes, you can find her on the golf course, hanging out with her partner and dog Kobe, and indulging in the guilty pleasure of reality TV.
