    If you’d like any of our bundled service packages available at discounted pricing, these are two of our most common :

    • All-in-One Back Office: Includes premium bookkeeping, HR and benefits management, bill pay and AR/AP management.

    • Complete Fractional CFO: Includes the fractional CFO, financial modeling, budgeting, and FP&A services, and the financial dashboard services.

    Any partner services are elected and billed separately.

  • We quote our monthly flat rates on a variety of factors, including the complexity of your books, the size of your team, and/or the needs of your financial model.

    For qualifying early-stage startups with less than $1.2M average ARR ($100K average MRR), we offer discounted pricing, as low as $1,500/mo for the All-in-One Back Office package, or $2,500/mo for all our in-house services.

    For qualifying pre-revenue startups not yet actively seeking or generating regular sales, we offer further discounted pricing, as low as $1,000/mo for the All-in-One Back Office package, or $1,750/mo for all our in-house services.

    Any elected partner services are billed separately.

  • Typically, the rates we quote complimentarily include the user and platform fees to access most of the software necessary to facilitate our work, which may include Quickbooks Online, Bill.com, and Gusto or Justworks.

    Additional terms on the specific software and (in rare occasions) add-on fees may apply. Please contact us for more information.

  • Please be aware of the following additional terms:

    Setup Fees: To facilitate transition and onboarding, a setup fee is billed at the start of the contract. If you need catch-up bookkeeping, additional fees may apply.

    Excludes International Payments: We can setup, provide, and manage solutions for international contractors, vendors, and employees, but at additional cost.

    Excludes Partner Services: If the company elects to use our partner services, they will be billed separately at additional one-time cost.
